Dr. Bree Simon is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Board‒Certified Herbalist, and Medicinal Chef with a passion for empowering patients to heal themselves. She provides individualized, patient‒centered care that addresses the whole person—mind, body, soul, and senses—to support lasting wellness.
Dr. Simon earned her Doctorate (DACM) and Master’s (MSTOM) degrees from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, completing over 4,800 hours of clinical and didactic training in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Western medicine. Her extensive clinical experience includes work at the Tubman Chavez Community Center, focusing on low‒income patients, and at a Veterans Clinic specializing in PTSD care. She also completed a semester of clinical training in Beijing, China, rotating through Gynecology, Pain Management, Orthopedics, and Neurology departments.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Simon is passionate about holistic skincare, having completed advanced training in cosmetic acupuncture, facial rejuvenation, and certifications in Holistic Microneedling with AcuDerm and AcuMirco.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Simon enjoys life on Bluebird Canyon Farms, a biodynamic organic farm where she lives and works with her husband and young daughter cultivating specialty herbal products rooted in nature and tradition.
