On the day of your appointment, come prepared in comfortable clothing (think: tight-fitted athleisure).

Those with long hair—please bring a hair tie.

Breathe deep, reset, and reconnect. This calming, body-aware workshop with functional fitness trainer Ryah Arthur is your midweek invitation to slow down and tune in.
